There are so many great options with this coat! The Raincoat exterior is made using 58” wide mid-weight Laminated fabric.
You can also make a light weight Jacket by using 54" wide Home Dec for the exterior.
For the Lining use either 44” wide quilting weight or 54” mid-weight Home Dec fabric.
This Coat was designed as a fitted garment so you can wear light weight clothing underneath. If you'll be wearing heavier layers you'll want to make the next larger size.

Fabric Requirements: 5 -9 yards total (exterior & lining) depending on size & style.
